Evidence-Based Home Visiting Grants

The Minnesota Coalition for Targeted Home Visiting hosted capacity building meetings for nonprofit organizations, local public health, and tribal health agencies as they prepare to submit applications for the state Evidence-Based Home Visiting grants.

The Minnesota Department of Health released the Request for Proposals for the Evidence-Based Home Visiting (EBHV) grants. Funding is available for start up and/or expansion of an evidence-based home visiting programs.

Letters of Intent are due October 17, 2018

Applications are due on December 14, 2018
​
The Coalition is focused on assisting nonprofit organizations, local public health, and tribal health agencies who are not currently operating an EBHV program but want to start using an EBHV model, OR those who are interested in collaborating to offer a new EBHV model in their community.
